The Bill is a major stepping stone in the devolution of policing and justice. It makes important changes to the way we deliver our justice system, that seeks to improve community safety and reminds us of the importance of victims in the justice process.

During today's second stage debate in the Assembly, I described the Justice Bill as a key part of my wide programme of change to reshape the justice system to deliver for the people of Northern Ireland.
